What Can You Expect During Your First Visit to Our Office?

Upon arriving at our office you can expect to be greeted and welcomed by our front desk staff. Our front desk receptionist will explain our paperwork to you and provide you with any assistance necessary in getting it filled out. After your paperwork is completed there will be a short video to watch as well as some brief educational materials to read explaining a little bit about chiropractic and what you will be doing in our office that day. As soon as you have finished with the video and pamphlets your consultation will begin with one of our Patient Educators.

At Total Wellness Chiropractic Center we feel it is very important for all of our patients to be as informed about their healthcare decisions as possible. Our Patient Educators will make sure that you have all the information about chiropractic that you need to make your first visit at our office as productive as possible.

After your consultation you will meet with our doctor for your exam. The doctor will perform various tests to assess your overall spinal health paying special attention to any areas of acute pain or soreness. If necessary, x-rays will be taken at this time. We encourage you to ask the doctor any questions you may have. This time has been set aside just for you so you should feel like you can make the most of it!

After your exam you will be escorted back to our front desk to schedule a time for you to come in so that the doctor may go over his findings with you. We encourage you to bring your spouse or signifigant other with you to your second visit so that they may have the opportunity to see your exam and x-ray results as well as meet the doctor and have any of their questions answered.
